All crockery, bed linen will be provided.

The kitchen has been designed for your comfort and to make things so easy. You have the use of a cooker which is gas/electric, microwave, fridge, deep freeze, dishwasher. The cooker is gas & electric, microwave, fridge, deep freeze, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. But if you prefer we can provide you with a washing line.

A large wooden table with benches makes eating inside easy and the access to the terrace just through the patio doors.

The lounge has been tastefully decorated with your comfort in mind. A sofa & armchairs situated in this pleasant room where you can listen to music, play CD’s and possible enjoy a lovely glass of french wine. Or perhaps you would prefer to play games with the children. New this year is a DVD player, all is there for your pleasure making sure that you have a great time at l’Audardiere.

The first bedroom with double bed, looks out on to the garden and a patio door gives you easy access to a tranquil garden.

On this level you will find a shower, hand basin and separate W.C.

Access to the second level is reached by a wooden staircase with a security rail for the children.

A bath, hand basin and W.C. in easy access of the bedrooms.

2 bedrooms, both with two single beds, both have a small window with a view of the garden.

On your arrival you will find the gite ready for immediate use, and should you require a cot for a small child please ask. You will find amply cupboard space in the bedrooms and kitchen.

You have your own key for the swimming pool, (this is for extra security) but you are advised that children are always supervised.

The swimming pool is heated to a minimum 27 and being covered is useable all the year round.

• July - august : 1150.00 € by week - 2100.00 € for 2 weeks

• November - December : 550.00 € by week

No include in the price :
• local taxes in July and August : 11.00 € by week
• Electricity consumption up to 56 kW by week, factored 0.10 € per extra .
